Screen Printing

The decoration technique that started it all. We turn your vector artwork into a mesh screen, then press ink directly into the fabric for bold, long-lasting colour.

Perfect for larger runs of solid designs, screen printing is cost-effective and built to last. Minimum 10 garments per design, with one screen needed per colour. Artwork must be supplied as vector files (.ai, .svg, .eps), but we can recreate it for a fee.

For shading or gradients, we recommend Digital Heat Transfers.

Embroidery

For a polished, professional finish, embroidery adds depth and texture with stitched colour. Perfect for small logos, no matter the order size.

All artwork for embroidery should be supplied as vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg) or transparent PNGs. An initial fee to digitise your logo into an embroidery file applies to your first order.

Computer Cut Vinyl

Perfect for short runs of 1–2 solid colours, our in-house plotter turns your vector artwork into precision-cut vinyl. From there, it is heat-pressed onto your garments for a sharp, lasting finish.

Often used for names, numbers, and bold, simple logos on sportswear and bags. Fine details aren’t suitable, and colour options are limited to our available vinyl range.

Sublimation

Born in sportswear, sublimation uses heat to turn dye into gas, bonding it deep into the fibres instead of sitting on the surface. The result is a smooth, vibrant print that feels as soft as the fabric itself.Colours stay bold wash after wash, with no cracking, peeling, or fading. Perfect for detailed, full-colour designs that need to last as long as the garment.

Heat Transfers

We partner with Velflex, local legends in Wodonga and Brisbane who’ve led the heat transfer game since 2006. From metallics and reflectives to neons and 3D effects, their range delivers high-impact, long-lasting results.

Artwork must be supplied as vector files (.ai, .eps, .svg) or transparent PNGs. We can recreate designs for a fee if needed.

UltraColour PRO

Velflex’s premium hybrid heat transfer, UltraColour PRO, combines digital and screen printing for unmatched colour, fine detail, and lasting performance.

A thick white base makes colours pop on dark garments, while the soft, flexible finish moves with the fabric. Ideal for bold, custom designs that need to stand out and last. Minimum order quantity is 20 transfers.
